This Refund Agreement is a valid contract between DuoPlus and you regarding the refund of DuoPlus cloud phone service. This agreement is deemed to be an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and has the same legal effect as the Terms and Conditions. You accept this Refund Agreement by stamping, clicking to confirm on the web page, or by other means, including but not limited to not clicking to confirm this Refund Agreement but actually purchasing and using DuoPlus services, which means that you and DuoPlus have reached an agreement and agree to accept all the agreed contents of this Refund Agreement.

Please pay attention to the following terms:

1. According to the Consumer Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Interim Measures for Seven-Day Unreasonable Return of Online Purchased Goods and other relevant laws and regulations, you confirm and accept that the goods provided by DuoPlus are computer software systems, cloud services and other related services. If you confirm to enter the DuoPlus backend interface, create a cloud phone and purchase an instance, you cannot refund once purchased.

2. You should fully understand the functions and application scenarios of DuoPlus before you purchase and pay. To this end, the DuoPlus official website and help center provide complete, detailed and clear usage instructions and getting started guides to help you fully understand the functions, application scenarios and prices of DuoPlus products before purchasing.

3. You have the right to choose the content and quantity of DuoPlus services according to your own needs. After you purchase DuoPlus cloud phone services offline, online, or by other mutually confirmed methods, you will have the corresponding rights to enjoy DuoPlus services, and DuoPlus will provide you with corresponding services based on your needs and the content and quantity purchased.

4. You have a reasonable review and duty of care, and choose the DuoPlus service content that suits your needs. The specific services and charging methods of DuoPlus shall be subject to the information officially released by DuoPlus. DuoPlus may modify and change the charging standards and charging service methods according to actual needs.
